Smoothies are great! I usually just clean out the fridge and throw whatever fruit I have in one.
This is what I used in one from the other day.
1/2 pear
1/2 apple
1/2 banana, peeled
1/2 orange, peeled
handful of fresh spinach, washed
1/2 cup of plain, fat free yogurt
1 T. flax seed meal
ice cubes
little bit of water or soy milk
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Serves 2
